If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with exchanges or refunds to your original payment method (excluding final sale items and gift cards).
Return Request: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request through our returns portal.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, undamaged, free from stains and odors, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that any alterations will make the item ineligible for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns received after the 30-day window will be eligible for store credit only.
Return Processing: After your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process it within 4-5 business days.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Email your order number and photos of the damage to zahrasbest.zb@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges:
For quicker exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original. Alternatively, you can request an exchange, and we’ll ship the new item after your return is processed.
