How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1β4 business days, then take 5β7 business days to arrive in the US. During peak holiday and sale periods, processing can take up to 6 business days.
Is shipping free?
Standard US shipping is free on orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before tax). Rates for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders usually arrive 10β14 business days after dispatch, and rates are calculated at checkout. Customs and duties may apply.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email or text once your order ships; allow 1β3 business days for it to update. You can also use our Track Order page.
How do I choose my size?
Check the productβs size guide and compare garment measurements with a similar piece you already own. If a chart is missing or you need help choosing a size, contact us before ordering.
How do the Noura Garden abayas fit?
Ilham runs true to size β if you're tall, size up for length. Naseem is a relaxed open fit, so size down for a closer silhouette.
Is the Mira AirFlex fabric see-through?
Mira is made for everyday movement and light activity. For high-intensity workouts, we recommend a light fitted layer underneath, as the fabric may show sweat spots.
What is your return policy?
You have 21 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged, free from stains and odours, with all tags attached; altered items can't be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and final-sale items and gift cards are excluded. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. The quickest way is to place a new order for the size you want and return the original. You can also request an exchange and we'll ship the new item once your return arrives.
My item arrived damaged β what do I do?
Email your order number and photos within 5 days of delivery to zahrasbest.zb@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Do you take pre-orders?
No. We make each colourway in small runs of no more than 40 pieces, and we only sell what we have in hand.
