In rare cases, it may take up to15 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that refunds will not be issued for shipping delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text message containing a tracking ID and link to follow your package’s journey. You can also visit our Tracking Page for updates. Please allow 1-3 working days for tracking information to appear.

Return Request: You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request through our returns portal.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, undamaged, free from stains and odors, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that any alterations will make the item ineligible for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns received after the 21-day window will be eligible for store credit only.
Return Processing: After your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process it within 4-5 business days.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Email your order number and photos of the damage to zahrasbest.zb@gmail.com, and we'll assist you promptly.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges:
For quicker exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original. Alternatively, you can request an exchange, and we'll ship the new item after your return is processed.
