Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. During peak holiday and sale periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.
Delivery takes 5–7 business days in the US and 10–14 business days for international orders after dispatch. International rates are calculated at checkout, and customs delays may apply.
If your US order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll help track it down. Refunds are not issued for carrier delays beyond our control.

Return Request: You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Email your order number and the items you wish to return to zahrasbest.zb@gmail.com.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, undamaged, free from stains and odors, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that any alterations will make the item ineligible for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns received after the 21-day window will be eligible for store credit only.
Return Processing: After your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process it within 4-5 business days.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Email your order number and photos of the damage to zahrasbest.zb@gmail.com, and we'll assist you promptly.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges:
For quicker exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original. Alternatively, you can request an exchange, and we'll ship the new item after your return is processed.

Amazing quality
I have to say - I never leave reviews. Never. But this top is amazing. It’s long, stretchy, has pockets, but it’s so so so soft. I got some from another popular retailer but this is way more worth it and priced well even without being in a bundle. This is color as well as the sand veil, pink, maroon, and green are GORGEOUS. I also have to say - they do business well and communicate appropriately. I had an issue with one top and they responded same day and made it right. I will purchase again.
